But anyway, i just went through another blog which discussing about the same matter & there's 1 immigration officer shared her piece of advice regarding the blacklisting thing. She said once we have made the payment & cleared our names we need to go to the immigration dept. in putrajaya to collect what they called as "surat kemudahan" which we have to maybe show it at custom counter at the airport. But if we dont have it we cant get through the gate. I dont know if this thing is true. The officer will let her know why she cannot pass the custom, and probably is the PTPTN, and then redirect her to PTPTN office from there. If your friend is sure of getting blacklisted by PTPTN, then i think you can ask her to settle directly. Since she is working in Singapore, I'm afraid the PTPTN will demand more. This is quite different from the case I seen so far, so it might not be so easy. One of PTPTN method of not paying back for my year was, when you go overseas, never come back to Malaysia anymore >.<. Anyway, good luck to your friend there. I hope she can get her issue solved.Administratorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05662049093699921407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3107495508439357946.post-1600376931477781792011-05-08T01:15:22.942+08:002011-05-08T01:15:22.942+08:00Hi Regretful
